Parents are the authority over their children, not elected officials nor district administrators.

Parents have full autonomy to make medical and personal decisions for their children.  No other person has the right to override a parent’s authority.

The purpose of government is to govern specific areas with limited exercise of control, where the People are the ultimate authority.
